''Knowing and Seeing The Truth'' is inspired by the Pali term ‘yathābhūtañāṇadassa’. In AN 11.1, the Buddha closely intertwines morality, stillness, and wisdom (the Threefold Training) — how good moral conduct helps us gradually achieve liberation. When a practitioner has stillness, the natural benefit is the ability to know and see the true nature of phenomena (impermanence, non-self, suffering), leading to detachment from conditioned things, renunciation, and ultimately liberation.
"'Knowing and Seeing The Truth' aims to spread happiness to everyone. Because Buddha's teachings themselves are about transcending suffering and attaining the highest happiness."
