「…修行人必須行動!而且要趕快行動!
每天打坐、禮佛、誦經,
睡前觀照自己的心——
這些都要持續做,不能間斷。
只有這樣,當你的心真正安定時,
你才知道怎麼描述那種狀態。
如果自己沒親身體驗,
根本說不出『如何讓心平靜』。
一定要實修!
佛法教導的是真理,
讓人親見內心的寧靜。
我以前也不相信,
直到按照師父教導的方法精進用功:
加倍持誦佛號,有時打坐到半夜甚至天亮,
堅持與身體的苦受對抗。
去觀察痛苦到底有多厲害——
『來吧!坐著看你能多痛!』
今晚輸了沒關係,
明天再繼續挑戰!
有時候痛到極點,
心反而能統一起來;
當痛苦無處可逃時,
心自然會放下——
放下身體的苦受,
放下呼吸的執著,
連『念佛』的念頭也放下。
徹底平靜時,
一切都能放下,
只留下純然的覺知。
連累世的罪業都能放下!
這就是心的統一與平靜。
別說『不可能』——
沒實修的人永遠不會懂。
必須親自去做,
佛陀就是這樣教我們的…」
"…Meditators must act! And act urgently!
Sit in meditation, pay respects to the Buddha, recite scriptures,
observe your mind before sleep—
these practices must be done consistently.
Only then, when your mind truly settles,
will you know how to describe that state.
Without firsthand experience?
you can't explain 'how to calm the mind.'
You must practice!
This religion teaches truth,
letting you see inner peace.
At first I didn't believe either,
until I diligently applied my teacher's instructions:
Doubling my mantra recitation, sometimes sitting till midnight or dawn,
battling bodily pains.
Observing how intense suffering truly is—
'Come on! Sit and watch how bad it gets!'
Lose tonight? No problem,
try again tomorrow!
Sometimes when pain peaks,
the mind suddenly unifies;
when suffering has nowhere left to go,
it gets released—
releasing physical agony,
releasing attachment to breath,
even releasing the 'Buddho' mantra.
In deepest stillness,
everything is let go,
leaving only pure awareness.
Even karmic burdens from past lives dissolve!
This is true mental unification and peace.
Don't claim 'it's impossible'—
Those who don't practice will never understand.
You must do it yourself.
This is how the Buddha guides us…"
