If people have karmic bonds from past lives, when the time is right, they will reunite to create merit and build spiritual strength together. No matter how far apart they are, there will be causes and conditions that bring them together.  

But if there is no merit or karmic connection between them, even if they live right next to the temple, they still won’t feel the urge to enter—even to offer a small ball of sticky rice into a monk’s alms bowl.

如果人与人之间在前世就有因缘牵系，当因缘成熟时，就会再次相遇、一起修福修德，无论相隔多远，也一定会有机会见面。  

但如果彼此之间没有福报缘分，即使家就在寺庙门口，也不会想进庙供僧，哪怕只是一团糯米饭也不愿意布施。

世界上的一切，都是基於我們過去累積的功德與業力而發生，並非偶然或憑空出現。無論是失望、如願、離別，或是求而不得，這一切都遵循著業力的法則——是我們過去行為所帶來的結果，沒有任何力量可以抵消。如果我們正在經歷的是業果的顯現，那麼即使是天神也無法改變。

唯一能幫助我們的，是保持正念、勇敢面對，並盡力行善。這才是應對業力之流的方法。

Everything in this world happens according to the merits and karma we have accumulated in the past—nothing occurs by chance. Whether it’s disappointment, fulfillment, separation, or unfulfilled desires, all of it follows the law of karma—the consequences of our past actions. No force can override this. If what we are facing is the result of past karma, even the gods cannot intervene.

The only thing that can help us is mindfulness, facing it with courage and cultivating goodness. This is the way to navigate the currents of karma.

能夠幫助我們的，唯有保持正念，

並勇敢面對。

應對業報的方法，

業力的流轉……"

“…..Everything in the world arises

according to the merits and conditions that one has cultivated,

not as arbitrary creations.

In this world, whether it is disappointment, fulfillment, separation,

or not obtaining what one desires,

everything occurs according to the currents of karma

that the individual has previously created.

Nothing can negate this.

No matter where one goes,

if what we are facing

is the result of karma,

then no deity can help.

What can help us is to have mindfulness

and to confront it directly.

Performing good deeds to their fullest

is the way to cope

with the consequences of karma,

the currents of karma….”
